in pursuance of our
allowing us to take ……………………………………… containers No. …………………………………….. for
destuffing the import cargo and for subsequent return to ICD,
New
Delhi
. We give hereunder the requirement that
would have to be adopted by us in taking delivery of the containers for
the purpose of aforesaid.
You should take all
responsible action to ensure that the containers tendered to us it in
suitable condition for the intend use. However it will be our
responsibility to satisfy ourselves as to the condition of the containers
and a receipt for such stating therein that the containers are in apparent
goods order and condition will be obtained from you.
We will return the
containers to you in sound condition as delivered to us in case of our
failure to do so be will be liable for the damage and the cost there of it
to be limited to Rs. 2,50,000/20` and 5,00,000/40`. We also undertake to
ensure the containers at ourselves for the above mentioned sum.
We will be liable
for demurrage for the lines tariff as applicable after the first five days
after containers to ground at ICD, TKD, New Delhi and for the time for
containers is delivered to our agents in the ICD, New Delhi and delivery
there of taken by you against a clear guarantee.
We here by undertake
to re-delivery the containers at ICD, TKD New Delhi with in seven days all
survey expenses shall be paid by us.
