Ref.: Removal of Import Loaded Containers.

In connection of your allowing us to remove the above mentioned import loaded full containers to our premises. We the undersigned hereby undertake & guarantee you the following:-

1.         We shall at our cost & risk the above mentioned import loaded full containers from the above place to our premises situated at ………………………………….. and return the same to the nominated storage within 24 hours from the time of removal.

2.         We shall at our cost arrange to survey the containers by your surveyors before removal from nominated site and after returning to the nominated site.

3.         We shall pay such amount assessed by your surveyors for any damage caused to the container.

4.         We shall pay the container detention at the rate of your running tariff for the number of days we hold your container.

5.         In case we fail to return the container within seven days from the date of removal, we shall obtain necessary permission from your office and customs authorities to retain the containers with us beyond 7 days.

6.         In case the container is lost, we shall pay you the cost of the container and the customs duty applicable on the container.

7.         We shall produce the triplicate copy of the bill of entry endorsed by customs before removing from the nominated site.

8.         We shall keep you and the carrier completely indemnified and harmless from all your complying with our request.

9.         This bond will remain in force till such time we comply with our above undertaking and fulfill all your and customs authorities requirement.
