In consideration of you allowing us to remove the above mentioned import loaded full container to our premises, we the undersigned hereby undertake and guarantee you the following:

In consideration of you allowing us to remove the above mentioned import loaded container to our premises, we the undersigned hereby undertake and guarantee you the following:

1.         We shall at our cost and risk remove the above mentioned import loaded full container from the above place to our premises situated at ………………………

…………………………………….. within 24 hours from the time of removal.

2.         We shall arrange to survey the container by your surveyor before removal from ICD, TKD, and after returning to the nominate site.

3.         We shall pay such amount assessed by your surveyor for any damages caused to the container.

4.         We shall pay the container detention at the rate of your running tariff for the number of days we hold your container.

5.         In case we fail to retain the container within seven days from the date of removal, we shall obtain necessary permission from your office and custom authorities or retain the container with us beyond seven days.

6.         In case the container is lost we shall pay you the cost of container and the custom duty applicable on the container.

7.         We shall produce the triplicate copy of the bill of entry duly endorsed by customs before removing from the nominated site.

8.         We shall keep you and the carrier completely indemnified and harmless from all you complying with our request.

9.         This bond will remain in force till such time we comply with our above undertake and fulfill all your and custom authority’s requirement.
